Yep, I really loved this venue in Hubbards.- only 45 minutes away from Halifax, this venue is of another world and time. There were deer in the bushes to greet the some guests that day!
This mansion was the most suitable for this lucky couple who managed to book it for the day with the most perfect weather and the most dramatic sky that week. Harbour Mist is usually booked far in advance.
Rae and Alex were such beautiful people, inside and out and the love and laughter shone throughout the day, whether in speeches, during the photo sessions, or the ceremony itself. Rae and Alex had a genius idea of having a cheese cake for their wedding — a cake that was literally wheels of cheese!
The wedding day was blessed with stunning skies, just a slight breeze and the most stunning sunset. Almost 200 ft of private oceanfront with a rich selection of backgrounds and spots for private photo opportunities — Harbour Mist is truly a unique wedding venue.
I feel this spot has no bad photo days — even if it’s pouring out, the chateau itself is built and decorated with such careful intention, that literally every corner is a stunning setting for a photograph. A pool table upstairs, huge windows, and a gorgeous balcony, and I think I have to show myself out now, as the photos are right here to show it all.
